Information Technology or Data Bases Management: Responsible to deliver quality information management related services to IAS, Inc customers with support functions directly related but not limited to computer systems tactical operations, while maintaining full compliance with company, customer and regulatory policies & procedures within controlled environment. May include one or more activities related to, data management support, programming assistance, computer operation, general IT/IS support, transactions, controls, metrics reporting and special projects. Required to maintain information confidentiality, lean & efficient processes and continuous service flow.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·Under moderate supervision and following written instructions, works on routine to moderately complex repetitive tasks that require basic problem resolution skills.
·Comply with the organization mandatory trainings, reporting requirements, governance systems, policies, procedures and quality/regulatory standards.
·Manage users request in a timely and cordial manner, exceeding customer service support expectations.
·Support procedures update, provide assistance to co-workers and new hires with guidance and direction.
·Can be assigned to short-term projects or discrete advanced tasks within functional discipline as part of the training and development phase.
·May adapt new procedures, techniques, system tools and/or equipment to meet SOW requirement.
·Seek coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance from higher proficiency practitioners.
·Attend and have participation in group meetings and teleconferences related to the discipline.
·Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools.
·Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company.
·Position does not have people management responsibility.
• Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science, or equivalent.
Experience and Required Capabilities:
•1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
•Has a basic understanding of the fundamentals and tools of the discipline and role—continuing to develop full knowledge
•Capable of using computer systems and programs, navigation & transactions accurately
•Excellent Customer Service Skills.
•Excellent Oral and written English fluency/proficiency
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work professionally with individuals and in teams
•Hands-on SharePoint experience
•Excellent time management skills
•Strong Microsoft Office tools expertise
•Good typing and documentation skills
•Have exposure to customer service/sales
•SharePoint support for document management and collaboration tools like databases, wikis, discussion boards, dashboards, scorecards, calendars, contacts, surveys, business process workflows, communities, etc.
•Manage web content, site access and customize user’s profiles for information access
• Programming experience in Visual Basic for Application & .Net Framework
